EX: Jane is aiming to complete the 180 mile route around Eau Claire. Jane rides at 10 mph and takes 10 minutes at each of the rest stops. She would not make the appropriate finish time. She would need to average an additional, variable, mph based on how long she would like to take at rest stops.

Rest stops will include mechanical support, water, hydration mix, sports nutrition, and an assortment of food/snacks. These rest stops will be staffed according to the time chart with energetic staff to keep you motivated and ready to embark on the next segment of the tour.
